Η Bohemia ανακοίνωσε 3 εκατομμύρια πωλήσεις για το DayZ.

Μια χαρά αν σκεφτούμε ότι...ακόμα παίζει η Early Access και δεν έχει καν κυκλοφορήσει στην αγορά!

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες που δημοσιεύτηκαν στο Reddit και στο NeoGaf hackers παραβίασαν το forum του DayZ κλέβοντας usernames, διευθύνσεις email και κωδικούς από όλους τους χρήστες. H Bohemia Interactive ενημέρωσε τους χρήστες με μια εβδομάδα καθυστέρηση μέσω email που στάλθηκε στον καθένα.

Αν χρησιμοποιείτε και αλλού τα ίδια στοιχεία με τα οποία κάνατε login στο forum του DayZ και αλλού, καλό θα ήταν να τα αλλάξετε.

H developer εταιρεία του DayZ ανακοίνωσε πως ακόμα και αν έχουν περάσει χρόνια development, ο τίτλος ακόμα δεν είναι έτοιμος για την beta φάση. Συγκεκριμένα θα υπάρξουν άλλα δύο updates προκειμένου να φτάσει το DayZ στην beta του αλλά αυτά θα αργήσουν κάμποσους μήνες.

Σύμφωνα με αυτές τις δηλώσεις, λογικά θα πρέπει να περιμένουμε να παίξουμε την beta του DayZ στα τέλη του 2017. Στόχος της Bohemia είναι πάντως να υπάρξει μία έκδοση του DayZ για κονσόλες λίγο αργότερα από την κυκλοφορία της beta για PC.

Το DayZ βγαίνει από το Steam Early Access το 2018


Το DayZ πρωτοεμφανίστηκε το 2008 ως mod του Arma 2 και πραγματοποίησε το standalone ντεμπούτο το στο Early Access του Steam το 2013. Απ’ ότι φαίνεται ωστόσο αναμένεται να κυκλοφορήσει σε πλήρη έκδοση εντός του 2018 σύμφωνα με τους δημιουργούς του.

Τον λόγο πήρε ο Eugen Haeton, που είναι lead producer του παιχνιδιού, ο οποίος προχώρησε σε δηλώσεις σχετικά με το μέλλον του παιχνιδιού και συγκεκριμένα αναφέρει: “Ας ξεκαθαρίσουμε το εξής: η beta έκδοση για PC δεν θα φτάσει πριν το τέλος του 2017. Προσπαθήσαμε να το ολοκληρώσουμε το συντομότερο δυνατόν, ωστόσο θα πραγματοποιηθεί το 2018. Τόσο η beta όσο και κάθε update ανάμεσα στο 0.63 μέχρι και το 1.0 θα φτάσουν εντός του 2018, που φαίνεται πως θα είναι ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά έτη του DayZ. Για όλα αυτά είμαστε σίγουροι προς το παρόν. Θα είμαι ειλικρινής, ήδη η αναμονή ήταν μεγάλη, ακόμα και για εμάς, αλλά αυτό έχουμε για τώρα.”

Ακόμα και ο ερχομός της beta δεν θα σημάνει απαραίτητα την πλήρη παροχή των features. Ο Harton συμπλήρωσε: “Πρόκειται για ένα οικοσύστημα όπου θα μπορούμε να προσθέτουμε πράγματα και να ενισχύσουμε το community του DayZ από την beta και ύστερα. Το 2018 θα είναι πολύ σημαντικός χρόνος για την εταιρεία, καθώς η μακροχρόνια δουλειά μας κάνει επιτέλους την εμφάνισή της. Σίγουρα παίρνουμε τον χρόνο μας, ωστόσο πιστεύω πραγματικά πως ο κόσμος θυμάται μόνο τα κορυφαία games και όχι το πόσο χρόνο χρειάστηκαν για να αναπτυχθούν”.

Επομένως η Bohemian Interactive έχει αποφασίσει πως το 2018 θα είναι το έτος του DayZ.

Το DayZ έρχεται στο Xbox One


Η εταιρεία ανάπτυξης Bohemia Interactive ανακοίνωσε ότι το DayZ θα κυκλοφορήσει στο Xbox One μέσα στο 2018.

Το παιχνίδι αναμένεται να βγει από το Steam early access και να κυκλοφορήσει την τελική του έκδοση για PC, επίσης εντός του έτους (αν και...κανείς δεν πρέπει να είναι βέβαιος για αυτό), ενώ στις κονσόλες θα έρθει αρχικά στο Xbox One μέσω του Game Preview και στη συνέχεια στο PS4. Απ' ότι φαίνεται η Microsoft μετά το PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds έχει εξασφαλίσει άλλο ένα timed exclusivity.

Αξίζει να αναφερθεί ότι το PUBG, επίσης Online Shooter, έχει πουλήσει 4 εκατομμύρια αντίτυπα στο Xbox One. Μένει να δούμε τι θα καταφέρει το DayZ, το οποίο ναι μεν διαθέτει επίσης τυχαίο loot, αλλά σε αντίθεση με το PUBG διαφοροποιείται καθώς διαθέτει Survival στοιχεία.
