H Apple ανακοίνωσε τα καλύτερα games και apps για το 2019.
Σε blog post η Apple ανακοίνωσε ότι το Sky: Children of the Light είναι το iPhone Game of the Year. Το adventure αφορά μια περιπέτεια στα διάφορα στάδια της ζωής και κυκλοφόρησε το 2018 για Android και iOS, έχοντας θετικές κριτικές. Η Apple ανακοίνωσε επίσης τους νικητές και για τις υπόλοιπες πλατφόρμες iPad, Mac, Apple TV και την πρόσφατη συνδρομητική υπηρεσία Apple Arcade.
Το βραβείο του iPad Game of the Year πήγε στο Hyper Light Drifter. Το GRIS ονομάστηκε το Mac Game of the Year και το action adventure Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap έλαβε το βραβείο του Apple TV Game of the Year. Τέλος το Sayonara Wild Hearts κλείνει την λίστα ως Apple Arcade Game of the Year.
